My in-laws were interested in purchasing property (a condo) in BC as a rental property and eventually to call their own somewhere down the road (they're from Ontario and retired). They had no idea what the BC market looked like and how much they'd be able to afford - additionally, my husband and I also had no idea what the BC condo market looked like either, so we all were pretty blind. 

A chance meeting between Robyn and myself happened during a random shopping trip - and I am beyond glad that it happened, as she ended up helping my husband and I find our parents a condo that they absolutely adored. Robyn went above and beyond in so many ways for us which was totally unexpected as we didn't expect so much effort from a realtor - she reviewed strata docs for us, defined so many terms and policies in simpler terms, made an effort to create a document for us in plain language so we know what's being said in legal docs, spent so much time on the phone with us and my in-laws explaining and updating situations when needed, answered SO many of our questions and was very responsive in communications, accommodated phone and video calls with our in-laws despite the 3-hour time difference in Ontario, provided critical advice and feedback that helped us place stronger offers, AND SO MUCH MORE. Her actions were very indicative that she was doing everything she could in our favor, and with our best interests at heart - that meant a lot. 

My in-laws love their condo - my mother-in-law was basically in tears when she first saw it on possession day. Robyn wasn't only a realtor for us, but grew to be more of a friend for us as she took the time to get to know not only my in-laws who were her actual clients, but my husband and I as well. 

I would 15/10 recommend Robyn to my friends and family who are interested in buying property in Victoria - they won't be disappointed.
